This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how ScienceX Innovations, through its division ScienceX Olympiads, processes, packs, dispatches, ships, and delivers physical products purchased through ScienceX websites, registration portals, or other authorized channels.

This policy applies to all physical products offered by ScienceX, including but not limited to:

• Teacher Resource Kits
• Olympiad Study Material
• Certificates
• Medals and Trophies
• Merchandise
• Scientific Posters and Charts
• Educational Kits
• Other physical learning resources

2. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed after successful payment verification and confirmation. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, customization requirements, order volume, holidays, and operational conditions.

Certain products, including customized certificates, medals, trophies, school kits, or institutional orders, may require additional preparation time before dispatch.

3. Dispatch Timeline

ScienceX aims to dispatch eligible orders within a reasonable time after processing. Estimated dispatch timelines are indicative only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery commitment.

Dispatch timelines may vary due to:

• Product availability
• Peak examination season
• Large institutional orders
• Customization requirements
• Public holidays
• Inventory replenishment
• Quality inspection

4. Delivery Partners

ScienceX may use one or more third-party courier, logistics, postal, or freight service providers for delivery of physical products.

Selection of the delivery partner shall be at the sole discretion of ScienceX.

Tracking information may be shared with customers wherever available.

5. Delivery Areas

ScienceX delivers to locations where delivery services are reasonably available. Delivery coverage may vary depending on the destination, logistics partner, government regulations, and operational feasibility.

International shipping, where available, may be subject to additional shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, documentation requirements, and local regulations.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, shall be displayed or communicated during the ordering or registration process.

ScienceX reserves the right to revise shipping charges based on:

• Product size and weight
• Destination
• Courier charges
• Bulk institutional orders
• Promotional offers
• Government taxes

7. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

• Recipient name
• School or organization name (if applicable)
• House number or building details
• Street and locality
• City
• District
• State
• Postal PIN code
• Mobile number

ScienceX shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned shipments resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated delivery information.

8. Delivery Attempts

Delivery partners may make one or more delivery attempts in accordance with their standard operating procedures.

If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, refuses delivery, or provides an incorrect address, the shipment may be returned to ScienceX.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch of returned shipments.

9. Inspection Upon Delivery

Recipients are encouraged to inspect packages immediately upon delivery.

If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, the recipient should:

• Photograph the package.
• Retain the original packaging.
• Notify ScienceX promptly.
• Provide supporting evidence where requested.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Where a product is received in a damaged condition or an incorrect item is delivered, ScienceX may, after verification, provide:

• Replacement of the affected product.
• Replacement of missing components.
• Correction of dispatch errors.
• Other appropriate remedies determined by ScienceX.

Claims should normally be submitted within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.

11. Lost Shipments

If a shipment is reported as lost by the delivery partner or cannot be reasonably traced, ScienceX may investigate the matter in coordination with the logistics provider.

Where appropriate, ScienceX may arrange replacement or provide another suitable remedy, subject to verification.

12. Delays Beyond Our Control

Delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of ScienceX, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Floods
• Earthquakes
• Pandemics
• Government restrictions
• Transport disruptions
• Courier strikes
• Extreme weather conditions
• Political unrest
• Customs clearance delays
• Force majeure events

ScienceX shall not be liable for delays arising from such circumstances.

13. Digital Deliveries

Certain ScienceX products, including e-books, certificates, reports, question banks, practice papers, online courses, and digital learning resources, may be delivered electronically through email, the ScienceX website, or the official student or school portal.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered email address and contact details remain accurate and accessible.

14. Policy Updates

ScienceX reserves the right to amend or update this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. Updated versions shall become effective upon publication on the official website.
