Data protection approach
ScienceX should collect only the information required to run registration, assessment, reporting, support, certification, and approved recognition. Children’s data must be handled carefully and used only for the purpose communicated to schools, parents, and students.

Public commitments
- Keep result lookup and private reports inside secure portals, not public pages.
- Publish winner photographs only with appropriate approval and consent.
- Use self-hosted anti-spam and analytics where strict privacy policy requires it.
- Provide a correction route for public profile errors and support records.
- Review privacy, retention, consent, and grievance processes against applicable Indian data protection requirements.
