Instructions for Filling the Student Excel/CSV File
Use the student import template to upload student details for ScienceX Olympiads. Please fill all required fields carefully before uploading the file.
Student Details Format
| Column Name | Instructions |
|---|---|
| Name | Enter the full name of the student. |
| Class | Enter the class in number format from 4 to 12 only. |
| Section | Enter the class section, such as A, B, C, etc. |
| Gender | Enter Male, Female, or Other. |
| Enter a unique email ID for each student. This field must not be left blank. | |
| Exam1 | Enter the first exam code. |
| Exam2 | Enter the second exam code, if applicable. |
| Exam3 | Enter the third exam code, if applicable. |

Important Upload Instructions
- Please use the official student import template downloaded from the registration dashboard.
- Do not change the column names or file structure of the template.
- If uploading a CSV file, preserve the CSV format and avoid converting it incorrectly into another format.
- The student email field is mandatory and must be unique for every student.
- A student may register for up to three Olympiad exams using Exam1, Exam2, and Exam3 columns.
- Please verify all student details before submitting the file.
- You may edit or delete student records from the dashboard before completing payment.
Adding More Students After Payment
If your school has already uploaded student details and paid the Olympiad fee, you do not need to complete the full registration process again. Simply log in to the dashboard, upload or add the new student details, and proceed with payment only for the newly added students.

छात्रों के विवरण अपलोड करते समय कृपया फ़ाइल के प्रारूप को सुरक्षित रखें। CSV फ़ाइल को गलत तरीके से Excel या किसी अन्य प्रारूप में परिवर्तित न करें। प्रत्येक छात्र का ईमेल आईडी अनिवार्य है और इसे खाली नहीं छोड़ा जाना चाहिए।
