Now Login with your email id and password.

1.       Once you’ve logged in, scroll the Dashboard page and click on Update & Next it will proceed to the “Coordinator” section. Fill in the required information and click on Save & Next it will proceed to the “Exam Month” section.

2. Select the Exam Month and click on Save & Next it will proceed to the “Manage Student” section.

3.       Now on “Manage Student” page Click on “Download Student Import Template” to obtain the template in Excel format. Complete the necessary details within the file, then upload it by selecting the file from your computer and click on Save & Next it will save the details of students alternatively you can fill  add student form to add new student you can edit or delete student details if needed and  after completing proceed to the “Payments” section.

4.       On “Payments” page Review the details of the student and click the “Pay Now” button to complete the fee payment.

5.       To verify the payment status, go to the “Invoices” section on the sidebar after the payment is made.

6.       Congratulations! You have now successfully applied for the ScienceX Olympiads.

Note:

• If the fee is not deposited by Last Date, Registration will not be accepted.
• A convenience fee of ₹70 per student will be remunerated to the coordinating teacher for handling registration and student data for the examination.
• If you’ve already registered and paid the fee for Olympiads but would like to add more students, you don’t need to complete the registration process anew. Just log in and proceed with the same steps 2 to 4 as previously outlined.
• Queries can be sent directly from the “Dashboard”.
