School Registration Guide

Step 1: Create Your School Account

Visit the registration portal:

https://apply.sciencex.org.in/register

Complete the registration form with the following details:

Principal Information

• Principal's Name *
• Mobile Number *
• Gender *

School Information

• School Type *
• School Name *
• School Address
• 11-digit UDISE Code
• School Affiliation
• City *
• State *
• PIN Code *

Account Information

• School/Principal Email Address *
• Create Password *

After completing all mandatory fields, click Register.

Step 2: Login

After successful registration, log in using your registered email address and password.

Registration Process

1. Complete School Profile

After logging in, your Dashboard will open. Review your school details and click Update & Next to continue.

2. Coordinator Details

Enter the details of the School Coordinator who will manage the Olympiad registration. Fill in all required information and click Save & Next.

3. Select Examination Month

Choose your preferred examination month from the available options and click Save & Next.

4. Add Students

There are two ways to add students:

Option A: Excel Import Recommended

1. Click Download Student Import Template.
2. Fill in all student details in the Excel file.
3. Upload the completed file.
4. Verify the imported student information.
5. Click Save & Next.

Option B: Add Students Manually

Click Add Student and enter each student's information individually.

You can:

• Add new students
• Edit student details
• Delete student records before payment

After all students have been added, proceed to the Payments section.

5. Payment

Review the complete list of registered students and verify:

• Student details
• Selected Olympiad subjects
• Total registration fee

Click Pay Now to complete the online payment.

6. Download Invoice

Once payment is successful:

• Open Invoices from the sidebar.
• Download or print your payment invoice for future reference.

7. Registration Complete

Congratulations! Your school has successfully registered for the National Level ScienceX Olympiads NLSO 2026.

Important Notes

• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment.
• Registrations without payment before the last registration date will not be accepted.
• The Olympiad registration fee is ₹220 per student per subject.
• Schools can add additional students even after an earlier payment by logging in and completing the Student Management and Payment steps again.
• Payment invoices are available anytime under the Invoices section.
• Schools may submit queries directly through the Dashboard Help & Support section.
• Please ensure that all student information is accurate before making payment, as examination records are generated from the submitted data.
• Keep your registered email address and password secure for future access, including admit cards, invoices, and student management.
